Truly exceptional service. Their support is off the charts. From the number of times I have emailed and left support tickets, I can confidently tell you they have replied within a few minutes, with no more than 10 minutes in my case. The resources provided on their application are vast, allowing you to have complete control of what you want to do and how you can structure your reporting. Although there are some things I feel they could add to the app when you want to create your own template, what you can do is quite limited due to the tools available. Overall, BulkMail has exceeded expectations and continues to do so. No second-guessing; I suggest people start using BulkMail for the best results and a user-friendly app.
