One verification credit checks one email address. Verification credits help you assess your list before a campaign; purchasing them does not send a campaign.
Credits are sold in packs of 5,000, enough to check 5,000 email addresses. Choose the number of packs below to see the total credits and price.

Verification credit prices
All prices are in South African rand (ZAR). The displayed amounts include tax for South African customers and exclude tax for customers in other regions. The numeric prices are the same for both.
What do the results tell you?
The results help you decide what to do next. Some addresses may need further investigation.
A verified address does not give you permission to email someone. Follow applicable permission requirements, including POPIA where relevant, and BulkMail’s Anti-Spam Policy. Verification does not establish consent or legal compliance.
- Deliverable: the check indicates that the address can receive mail. You still need permission to contact the recipient; delivery and inbox placement are not guaranteed.
- Invalid or incorrectly formatted: exclude the address from your campaign unless the problem has been resolved.
- Accept-All or Unknown: the check could not confirm the individual address. Investigate further or ask for guidance before sending.

Does verification guarantee delivery?
No. Verification helps identify potential address problems, but it cannot guarantee delivery or inbox placement.
Can I email any address that passes verification?
No. Verification checks an address; it does not establish permission. You must still follow applicable permission requirements and BulkMail’s Anti-Spam Policy.
Are verification credits used to send campaigns?
Verification credits pay for email address checks. Campaign sending is a separate step. See our pay-as-you-go email credits for sending prices.
How do I start after buying credits?

Which payment methods can I use?
International customers can pay by credit card. South African customers can pay by credit card or other local payment methods available at checkout.
