BulkMail does not offer the facility to perform surveys, although we capture specific data about users.
Surveys are often complex and require more control in terms of time restrictions and number of usages.
Our suggestions for a survey tool are as follows:
Once you have created your survey, simply add a link to the newsletter either as a button or text. Once the email is sent you will be able to track who opens the link and if this matches completed surveys.
