Issue when choosing a date when Sending a campaign

A common issue which a user might face when sending a campaign is selecting a date in the future.

We have seen that browser plugins such as

• Grammerly
• or plugins which fill out form data automatically

These plugins manipulate the date field and do not allow you to select the date/time in the future.

How to solve?

• Use incognito or a private browsing window to edit/send your campaigns. This will mean no plugins are loaded and you should have no issues selecting the date.
• Disable the plugins on our application domain.
• Try a different browser than your main browser and see if the problem persists.
• Uninstall the plugin if this is not being used.

Our recommendation is limit the plugin usage when using our application.
