[How to] Hide an Unused Newsletter Template

If you no longer need a newsletter template, follow these simple steps to hide it and declutter your workspace.

Hide an unused template

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the 'Templates' section.
3. Open the overview of the template you no longer require.
4. In the top right corner, click the three dots next to 'Edit Template' or 'Send Campaign'.
5. Select 'Hide Template' from the dropdown.

To find the hidden template later, use the template filters to search for hidden templates and select 'Unhide' if needed.

Unhide an unused template

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the 'Templates' section.
3. Click on 'Filter'
4. Click on 'Show additional filters'
5. Select 'Hidden'
6. Open the template you would like to unhide.
7. In the top right corner, click the three dots next to 'Edit Template' or 'Send Campaign'.
8. Select 'Unhide Template' from the dropdown.
