We understand that managing your email lists can sometimes be a bit tricky. To help you with this, we've created a simple guide on how to remove or hide an email list.
1. Removing or Hiding an Unused Email List
If you have an email list that hasn't been sent to and you'd like to remove or hide it, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your 'Email Lists' page.
- Locate the list you wish to remove or hide.
- Click on the 'Options' button next to the list.
- Select 'Remove' to delete the list permanently or 'Hide' to keep the list but remove it from your main view.
Note:
Removing a list is permanent and cannot be undone. If you think you might need the list in the future, we recommend using the 'Hide' option.
2. Hiding a Used Email List
If you have an email list that has been used and you'd like to hide it, here's how:
- Go to your 'Email Lists' page.
- Find the list you want to hide.
- Click on the 'Options' button next to the list.
- Select 'Hide' to remove the list from your main view.
Remember, hiding a list doesn't delete it. You can always unhide it later if you need to use it again.
