How long does it take to load credits onto my account?

After purchasing credits we have a 2-hour time frame.

Typically though, we will add the credits in less than 30 minutes, but if other factors play a role, then this can be delayed.

It is important to note, that we DO NOT add credits out of office hours, ie after 16h30 Monday to Thursday and after 13h00 on a Friday. Weekends & public holidays are also excluded.

To avoid issues during this time, we recommend that you purchase and plan your credit usage before you send a campaign.
